You can either make a one-time payment, or you can donate over multiple years. The easiest way to contribute is by having a small amount regularly deducted from your paycheck. What do you get for your donation?

Every donor receives a small button or lapel pin that recognizes your donation so you can demonstrate your support for the campaign.
If you donate or pledge $1,000 or more (including over multiple years), you become a Super Booster and will have your name listed on a donor recognition wall in the lobby of the new hospital wing currently under construction.
If you recruit two additional people to sign-up as Super Boosters, you’ll receive a nifty VMC Foundation messenger bag as a token of our thanks.
If you make a donation and encourage other employees to donate as well, and together the total of all those donations adds up to $8,000 or more (including over multiple years), you become a Booster Shot Ambassador. Ambassadors will receive special recognition on the Booster Shot donor wall, and have a unique naming opportunity in the new hospital (such as a waiting room, nursing station or other area named for you and your family).

If you prefer to pay by check, mail to VMC Foundation, 2400 Moorpark Ave., Suite 207, San Jose, CA, 95128. The VMC Foundation can also process cash, check and credit payments in person at their office during normal, weekday hours. You are encouraged to call first at 408 885-5299 to make sure someone will be available to process your payment, or if you have any questions or special requests related to your donation.
